الملخص
ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة، إلى التطرق لأهم المراحل التي مر بها، كل من سوق العمل والتشغيل في الجزائر خلال الفترة الممتدة مابين 1962 إلى 2014، حيث تميزت كل مرحلة بخصائص معينة جعلت من الدولة الجزائرية، تتبنى مجموعة من الآليات للتقليل من معدلات البطالة. أما من ناحية النتائج التي خرجنا بها فقد تبين لنا أن سوق العمل في الجزائر، تميز بالكثير من الاختلالات رغم مساعي، الدولة الجزائرية في وضع سياسات من شأنها تُحقق التوازن في سوق العمل وتجنب الاختلالات المُستقبلية. الكلمات المفتاحية: سوق العمل، التشغيل، العمل. Abstract : This study aimed to address the most important stages through which the Algerian labor market and employment passed during the period extending from 1962 to 2014. Each stage was characterized by specific characteristics that prompted the Algerian state to adopt a set of mechanisms to reduce unemployment rates. As for our findings, we found that the Algerian labor market is characterized by numerous imbalances, despite the Algerian state's efforts to establish policies that would achieve balance in the labor market and avoid future imbalances.
