الملخص
قيم التدبير الشوري لمؤسسة الأسرة في الإسلام التأصيل والمقاصد The Consultative Management of the Family Institution in Islam Foundation and Objectives الدكتور: عبد الحق الإدريسي الملخص الشورى ضرورة من ضرورات الاجتماع البشري على مختلف مستوياته ومؤسساته، وخلق أصيل في الطبائع البشرية السليمة، فهي إذن كلية تشريعية يقوم عليها النظام السياسي والبناء التشريعي الإسلامي، وهي كذلك كلية تربوية ينبني عليها نظام قيمي وخلقي يؤسس لقيم التعارف والتواصل والحوار والتعاون داخل مختلف المؤسسات، وعليه فهي من المبادئ العامة والمقاصد الكلية التي ينبغي أن يتمسك بها المسلمون أفرادا وأسرا وجماعات، ودولا ومؤسسات. ولهذا فمبدأ الشورى يتجاوز الحياة السياسية ليعم جميع شؤون الفرد والأسرة والجماعة، ويشمل جميع قضايا الحياة الاجتماعية والأسرية والسياسية. ومن ثم فمبدأ الشورى "أعمق في حياة المسلمين من مجرد أن يكون نظاما سياسيا للدولة، إذ هو طابع أساسي للجماعة كلها" . والمستقرئ للنصوص الشرعية يجدها تؤكد أن الشورى قيمة قرآنية وخلق نبوي، فهي من القيم والتوجيهات والمفاهيم القرآنية الكلية التي تصاحب الأسرة في كل مراحلها وفي جميع قضاياها ضمانا لحسن بنائها، وتمام استقرارها، وتفاديا لتشتتها وانتهائها، فقد جعل القرآن الكريم من قيمة الشورى الأسرية مبدءا تربويا وقاعدة خلقية أساسية. لذا؛ فالأسرة المسلمة المعاصرة التي تشكل خط الدفاع الأخير للمجتمع المسلم. تحتاج إلى الرجوع للقرآن الكريم لاستلهام المبادئ والقيم التربوية التي تمكنها من الثبات والصمود، وتؤهلها للقيام بمسؤوليتها الحضارية في بناء الإنسان العابد المتخلق. الكلمات المفتاحية: التدبير الشوري، القيم القرآنية، القيم التربوية، الشورى الأسرية Abstract: The Consultative Management of the Family Institution in Islam Foundation and Objectives Dr. Abdelhaq Elidrissi Shura (consultation) is a necessity of human social life at various levels and institutions, and it is an inherent trait in sound human nature. It is, therefore, a legislative principle upon which the political system and Islamic legislative framework are built. It is also an educational principle that underpins a value and moral system that establishes values of acquaintance, communication, dialogue, and cooperation within various institutions. Consequently, it is one of the general principles and overarching objectives that Muslims—individually, as families, groups, states, and institutions—should adhere to. Thus, the principle of shura transcends political life to encompass all matters concerning the individual, family, and community, including all issues of social, familial, and political life. Therefore, the principle of shura is "deeper in the lives of Muslims than merely being a political system for the state, as it is a fundamental characteristic of the entire community." A careful examination of the religious texts reveals that shura is a Qur'anic value and a prophetic trait. It is one of the values, directives, and comprehensive Qur'anic concepts that accompany the family at all its stages and in all its issues, ensuring its proper construction, complete stability, and avoidance of fragmentation and dissolution. The Holy Qur'an has established the value of familial shura as an educational principle and a fundamental moral foundation. Thus, the contemporary Muslim family, which forms the last line of defense for the Muslim community, needs to return to the Holy Qur'an to draw inspiration from the educational principles and values that enable it to remain steadfast and resilient, qualifying it to fulfill its civilizational responsibility in building a devout and morally upright individual Keywords: Shura management, Qur'anic values, educational values, familial shura.
