Abstract: the management of human resources is linked to the priorities of the organization and its ability to meet its immediate and future needs. This goal presupposes the ability of the organization to anticipate, which gives human resources management its predictive nature, not only analyzing resources and constraints, but preparing in advance for an appropriate reaction to the change in the environment. In Fertial, HRM has been shown to reflect the organization’s strategy to address its issues, as the innovative solutions developed by Fertial, such as solving the issue of surplus labor, which resulted in severe losses suffered by the organization, are situational solutions linked to the organization’s priorities and confirm the predictive or proactive nature of HRM in order to sustainably address the constraints of the environment.
