الملخص

الملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر تطبيق آليات الحوكمة المصرفية على الأداء المالي للبنوك، من خلال دراسة حالة بنك البركة اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، أظهرت النتائج وجود تأثير إيجابي قوي لآليات الحوكمة المصرفية (الشفافية، المساءلة، إدارة المخاطر، الامتثال) على الأداء المالي للبنك، كما أظهرت النتائج أن آلية المساءلة كان لها التأثير الأكبر على الأداء المالي، تليها آلية الامتثال. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة تعزيز آليات الحوكمة المصرفية لتحسين الأداء المالي للبنوك Abstract: This study aimed to analyze the impact of implementing banking governance mechanisms on the financial performance of banks, through a case study of Baraka bank. The study adopted a descriptive analytical approach software. The results showed a strong positive effect of banking governance mechanisms (transparency, accountability, risk management, compliance) on the bank's financial performance. The results also showed that the accountability mechanism had the greatest impact on financial performance, followed by the compliance mechanism. The study concluded with the necessity of strengthening banking governance mechanisms to improve the financial performance of banks
