Abstract
Abstract: In this study, we focused our reflection on digitalization as a tool allowing precise monitoring of the evolution of wheat stocks. As part of its desire to improve the management of data relating to cereal stocks at the national level and to obtain a clearer vision of their evolution, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development has launched a digitization process. According to the latest statistics, the country currently has 432 flour mills, so this digitization should facilitate the supply and guarantee the continuous availability of cereals and their derivatives throughout the national territory, while implementing the necessary measures to ensure fair transport costs.
