Abstract: This bibliometric study analyzes 276 publications (2014-2024) from OpenAlex to examine digital transformation (DT) in strategic decision-making (SDM). Using Bibliometrix and Biblioshiny, we map publication trends, contributors, and thematic clusters. Findings show accelerated growth post-2019 alongside fragmented terminology, limited international collaboration, and inconsistent theoretical frameworks. Canada leads in contributions, with independent scholars significantly involved. Key themes include data governance, decision support systems, and strategic agility. The study underscores the need for conceptual standardization and interdisciplinary approaches, offering guidance for future research and policy development in DT's strategic applications.
