Authors : Smaali Dhia . Boubaaa Abdelwahab .

Abstract

This study assesses the effectiveness of the social contribution management information system (SYSCAS) used by CASNOS in Algeria, focusing on employee satisfaction and its role in improving contribution collection processes within the TEBESSA and KHENCHELA agencies. Using a quantitative survey of 68 employees conducted between January and June 2024, the research examines four dimensions: functionality, work impact, contribution collection efficiency, and reporting quality. Analysis with IBM SPSS 27 reveals a positive correlation between employee satisfaction and SYSCAS’s effectiveness, with employees expressing high satisfaction in usability, speed, and reliability. SYSCAS positively impacts work processes, enhancing transparency and efficiency in contribution collection and aiding decision-making through robust reporting. This statement further highlights the fact that the system has achieved its aim of addressing employees’ physical needs.
