Abstract: This study elucidated the impact of health training on improving the quality of health services in Algeria. Health has several characteristics and principles that must be considered when designing a training program to ensure it delivers the expected benefits for both the individual and the public institution. The primary goal of these institutions is to improve the quality of their services; this is achieved by applying laws related to training, as public institutions are governed by the provisions of Executive Decree 20-194. For staff members, the expected outcomes include performance improvement, enhanced competencies, and career progression. For public hospital institutions, this leads to well-trained and qualified medical and nursing teams, resulting in better services through improved diagnosis, enhanced treatment plans and methods, reduced medical errors, and an improved patient experience through effective communication, active listening, and empathy, all of which build patient trust in public hospitals.
