Abstract
Abstract: This study aims to highlight the role of corporate social responsibility in enhancing the quality of work life at Saudi Aramco. The study adopted a descriptive methodology, utilizing desk research tools, including books and articles for the theoretical section, while the company's official website served as the primary source of information on the reality of corporate social responsibility and its contribution to improving the quality of work life at Saudi Aramco. The study concluded that the company is committed to enhancing the quality of work life by empowering its human resources, fostering a culture of diversity, inclusion, and equality, increasing workforce engagement, respecting the rights of employees and stakeholders, ensuring a healthy and safe workforce, and achieving work-life balance to provide meaningful and satisfying roles for its employees
