التمكين الاقتصادي للمرأة عبر تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات: نحو نموذج تنموي شامل ومستدام

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في تمكين المرأة اقتصاديا، من خلال استكشاف كيفية مساهمتها في تحسين فرص النساء في سوق العمل وريادة الأعمال، مع تحديد أبرز التحديات التي تحول دون استفادتهن الفعالة والمستدامة، كما تنبع أهمية هذا الموضوع من التحولات العميقة التي يشهدها العالم على مستوى الاقتصاد الرقمي، حيث أصبحت التكنولوجيا وسيلة رئيسية لتحقيق الهدف الخامس من أهداف التنمية المستدامة المعني بتمكين المرأة، اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي إذ تم تجميع وتحليل البيانات النظرية والمعطيات الكمية والكيفية المتوفرة في الأدبيات والتقارير الصادرة عن الهيئات الدولية لفهم العلاقة بين المتغيرات بطريقة منهجية، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أبرزها أن تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات تمثل أداة فعالة لتمكين المرأة اقتصاديا خصوصًا من خلال توسيع آفاق العمل عن بعد، والتجارة الإلكترونية، والخدمات المالية الرقمية. This study aims to analyze the role of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in promoting women’s economic empowerment by examining how these technologies contribute to improving women’s access to labor markets and entrepreneurial opportunities, while also identifying the main challenges that hinder their effective and sustainable utilization, The significance of this topic arises from the profound global transformations driven by the digital economy, where technology has become a key instrument in achieving the fifth Sustainable Development Goal (SDG), which focuses on empowering women and ensuring gender equality, The study adopts a descriptive-analytical methodology, relying on the collection and analysis of theoretical frameworks as well as quantitative and qualitative data derived from scholarly literature and international reports, in order to systematically explore the relationships between relevant variables, The findings of the study reveal that ICT serves as an effective tool for advancing women’s economic empowerment, particularly by expanding opportunities in remote work, e-commerce, and digital financial services
