الملخص

نحاول في هذا المقال أن نقف عند اسم من الأسماء النّقدية والروائية الجزائرية والعربيّة عبد الملك مرتاض؛ للحديث عن تجربته في مجال التنظير والتحليل النّقدي، من خلال ما قدّمه من مفاهيم وأدوات إجرائية لقراءة النّصوص الأدبية؛ بغية الكشف عن دلالات النّص العميقة وبنيتها الجماليّة. ثمّ كيف انتقل بعد هذه التّجربة إلى رحاب السرد؛ حيث جعل للكتابة الروائية مكانة خاصّة كما في النقد، يقدّم المعنى للقارئ تحت أشكال مختلفة، في قالب إبداعي يغلب عليه الجانب الفنّي لتمثيل الواقع الاجتماعي والسياسي والإيديولوجي. ساعده على هذا ثقافتة الواسعة ومعرفته بأسرار اللغة وتشبّعه بالتّراث بمختلف أشكاله،فهل انتقل مرتاض من مجال النّقد الأدبي إلى مجال الكتابة الروائية نتيجة نضجه في مجال النّقد أم اعتبرها مسؤولية للتّعبير عن الهوية،أم أنّه جعل من كتابة الرواية مساحة لممارسة عشقه مع اللّغة؟. This article is an attempt to shed light on the legacy of Abdelmalek Mortad, one of the Algerian and Arab critics and novelists. Through his concepts and procedural tools of literary-text reading aiming to unveil the text’s deep connotations and aesthetic structure, the article first discusses his experience in theorizing and critical analysis. It, then, discusses Mortad’s switching from criticism to narration, where he dedicated a special status to novel writing by conveying meaning to the reader in various forms, and in a creative style; that is predominantly artistic in order to represent the social, political and ideological reality. What helped him to achieve this were his extensive culture, and knowledge of language and of the various forms of heritage. Did Mortad switch from literary criticism to novel writing as a result of his mature knowledge of criticism? Or, did he consider it as a responsibility to express identity? Or else, did he use novel writing as a space to express his love of language?
