القضية الفلسطينية وأثرها على العلاقات الأمريكية التركية بعد أحداث 11 سبتمبر 2001

الملخص
تباينت العلاقات الأمريكية التركية بعد أحداث 11 سبتمبر 2001 بين التعاون و التصادم، ومن أكثر القضايا جدلا القضية الفلسطينية التي سنتعرض لها في هذه الدراسة بالتحليل والنقد، لما لها من أبعاد حضارية و اهتمام دولي كبير, ونهدف إلى تحديد مختلف المواقف الأمريكوتركية بخصوص القضية المدروسة والأثر الذي تسببت فيه على العلاقات بين البلدين بعد الأحداث المذكورة، لأطرح إشكالية مفادها: كيف أثرت القضية الفلسطينية على العلاقات الأمريكية التركية بعد أحداث 11 سبتمبر 2001؟ وإلى أي مدى انقلبت المواقف التركية من المساندة لإسرائيل إلى المدعمة لقضية فلسطين؟ إن المنهج الأصلح لمعالجة قضية كهذه هو المنهج التاريخي مرفقا بالمقارب التحليلي النقدي، ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها؛ أن القضية الفلسطينية لا يمكن أن تحل بدون حلول عملية ميدانية، ومن هذا المنطلق أوجه الباحثين إلى موضوع مهم هو مدى تمكن هيئة الأمم المتحدة في الوقت الراهن لفرض نفسها على الساحة الدولية لحل قضية كهذه، إضافة إلى طرح دراسة حقيقية لمعالجة المقاصد الحقيقية للإرهاب و الشرعية الدولية. The United States-Türkiye relations has varied between cooperation and collision after the events of September 11, 2001; and one of the most controversial issues is the Palestinian cause, which will be critically analyzed in this study for what it has of cultural dimensions and considerable international interest. We aim at identifying the various U.S- Türkiye stances on the studied case and their impact on the relation between the two countries after September 11 attacks in order to raise the inquiry: How did the Palestinian cause effect the U.S-Türkiye relations after the events of September 11, 2001? And to what extent have Turkish stances shifted from supporting Israel to supporting the Palestinian cause? The most appropriate approach to tackle such an issue is the historical approach accompanied by a critical analytical approach. One of the most significant findings we have reached is that the Palestinian cause can not be resolved without practical solutions on the ground. Accordingly, We would like to draw researchers into an important subject that is the extent to which the United nations is currently able to impose itself on the international scene to resolve such an issue. Besides, we would like to conduct a genuine study to address the true purposes of terrorism and international legitimacy.
