الملخص
ملخص: تطرح هذه الورقة البحثية قضية من القضايا،لها ارتباط عضوي بالتاريخ السياسي للجزائر خلال الفترة الحديثة ،ويتعلق الأمر بمسألة العلاقات بين الجزائر والدولة العثمانية،حيث أثارت هذه المسألة جدالا محتدما ، و اهتماما كبيرا من طرف العديد من الكتابات التاريخية في الفترة الحديثة والمعاصرة ،وهذا بالنظر للأهمية التاريخية لهذه القضية ،التي شكّلت موضوعا للنقاش بين الأدبيات الغربية والكتابات المحلية المهتمة بهذا الحقل التاريخي، ولعل الشيء الذي يستدعي الانتباه، أن الأحكام التي يصدرها المؤرخ تستند إلى طبيعة المرحلة وطبيعة نظام الحكم السياسي،وهذا ماينطبق على العهد العثماني من تاريخ الجزائر . Abstract: This research paper raises an issue that has an organic connection to the political history of Algeria during the modern period, and it concerns the issue of relations between Algeria and the Ottoman Empire, as this issue has raised a heated debate, and great interest on the part of many historical writings in the modern and contemporary period, and this is in view of the historical importance of this issue, which has formed a subject of discussion between Western literature and local writings interested in this historical field, and perhaps what calls for attention is that the judgments issued by the historian are based on the nature of the stage and the nature of the political system of government, and this is what applies to the Ottoman period of Algerian history.
