" التعليم في الجزائر وعلاقته بالتنمية المستدامة "قراءة في الأزمة ورهاناتها

الملخص
إنّ جودة التعليم ونوعيته من الأساسيات التي تعكف الدول إلى تحقيقها، في ظل ممارسات تعليمية ومقررات دراسية تتوافق مع أهداف التنمية المستدامة وتتماشى مع متطلبات الإكتساح التكنولوجي والإقتصادي المتطور،إلا أنّ واقع التعليم في الجزائر لا يجسد هذه التطلعات، ويفصح عن فجوة عميقة بين التعليم ومتطلبات سوق العمل في ظل أزمة يعيشها هذا القطاع إنعكست على مخرجات العملية التعليمية وأفصحت عن تدني مستواه، وتذيله الترتيب بين الأنظمة التعليمية العربية والعالمية، لذلك فتجويد هذا النظام التعليمي يتطلب تحديثًا كليًا للسياسات والمناهج التعليمية وممارسة عملية تبتعد عن الإصلاح الشكلي ، وتبنى وفق نظرة إستشرافية مستقبلية تدمج التعليم ونواتجه ضمن الأبعاد الإنمائية الراهنة والمستقبلية . بناءا على ذلك جاءت هذه الدراسة لتحلل علاقة التعليم بالتنمية المستدامة في الجزائر نظريا وإمبريقيا ، وتقف على الأسباب التي أدت إلى خلق الأزمة في هذا القطاع ،وتوضح كيفية الخروج منها في ضوء تحديات تنموية عالمية، وذلك بإقتراح إستراتيجية تعليمية واضحة المنطلقات، تجعل من التعليم خريطة طريق تتجسد بها أهداف التنمية المستدامة . The quality of education is a crucial pillar for fulfilling sustainable development that countries assume to achieve, under the framework of educational practices and courses that meet the sustainable development’s objectives as well as the economic and technological development. However, the current reality of education in Alegria does not reflect these aspirations, but rather discloses a deep gap between education and working world expectations, under the circumstances of a crisis which has significantly influenced the educational operation’s outcomes and revealed the drop of its performance level along with being ranked among the last of the Arab and international educational systems This is why improving this educational system requires a total updating to policies and educational programmes, as well as practical practices that are far beyond superficial educational reforms, besides adopting a forward-looking view that integrates teaching and its outcomes into both current and future developmental aspects. Thus, this study came from this point to analyze the relationship between education and sustainable development in Algeria theoretically and empirically, and to explore the causes which led to the creation of such crisis in this sector, moreover, to unveil the strategies to get out of it ,in light of universal developmental challenges, by proposing a clear educational strategy, which makes education and its outcomes a road map to embody the goals of sustainable development .
