الملخص
The elderly category receives special attention within the scope of international conventions and national legislation of countries as a result of its delicate and sensitive situation, as it must be highlighted by all actors in the international legal system to secure the best health care for it, on the basis of equality and non-discrimination among its members. This concern stems from the challenges facing the protection of their health rights, the human and social dimension of the elderly, their sense of insecurity, and psychological and neurological disorders.
