متطلبات التأهيل الأرطوفوني لاضطرابات اللغة البراغماتية لدى الأطفال المصابين بالصدمات الجمجمية

الملخص
يهدف المقال الحالي إلى تسليط الضوء على موضوع لا يقل أهمية عن باقي المواضيع العلمية الأخرى والمتمثل في التأهيل الأرطوفوني لاضطرابات اللغة البراغماتية لدى الأطفال المصابين بالصدمات الجمجمية باعتبارها من أكثر الفئات التي تتعرض للإصابات الدماغية ،حيث تعد الصدمات الجمجمية من أبرز أسباب الوفيات لدى الأطفال والشباب في مختلف مناطق العالم ،فهي تمثل مشكلة صحية عامة حقيقية تعاني منها المجتمعات ، لذلك جاءت هذه الورقة العلمية محاولة تقديم إضافة علمية لمجال الأرطوفونيا في بيئتنا البحثية المحلية التي لازالت تشهد ندرة وافتقار لمثل هذه الدراسات التي أصبحت ضرورية من أجل التحديد الدقيقلمعالم مختلف الاضطرابات البراغماتية في مجال الأمراض اللغوية ذات الأصل العصبي ،حيث سنقوم بتوضيح و إبراز أهمية ودور الأخصائي الأرطوفوني في تأهيل ذوي الصدمات الجمجمية ضمن الفريق متعدد التخصصات من خلال الكشف عن الاضطرابات الموجودة على مستوى جوانب اللغة البراغماتية لدى هذه الفئة من الأطفال مع عرض مختلف مناهج و مبادئ و تقنيات إعادة التأهيل الأرطوفوني لهذه الاضطرابات والتي تعد من متطلبات التأهيل الناجح لأن اضطرابات اللغة البراغماتية تؤدي إلى الإخفاق في استخدام اللغة بطريقة مناسبة في السياق التواصلي الاجتماعي وبالتالي تتسبب بدورها في إعاقة تواصلية للطفل المصاببها بالدرجة الأولى فتؤثر سلبا على الكثير من جوانب اللغة البراغماتية لأنها تعد بمثابة وسيلة من وسائل التواصل اللفظي والتفاعل الاجتماعي. The current article aims to shed light on a topic that is no less important than the rest of the other scientific topics, which is orthrophone rehabilitation for pragmatic language disorders in children with cranial trauma, as they are among the groups most exposed to brain injuries, as cranial trauma is one of the most prominent causes of death in children and young people in various countries. regions of the world, as it represents a real public health problem that societies suffer from. Therefore, this scientific paper was an attempt to provide a scientific addition to the field of orthrophonia in our local research environment, which still witnesses a scarcity and lack of such studies, which have become necessary in order to accurately determine the features of various pragmatic disorders in the field of diseases. Linguistics of a neurological origin, where we will clarify and highlight the importance and role of the ortephonic specialist in rehabilitating people with cranial trauma within the multidisciplinary team by detecting the disorders present at the level of the pragmatic aspects of language in this category of children while presenting the various approaches, principles and techniques of orthophonic rehabilitation for these disorders, which It is one of the requirements for successful rehabilitation because pragmatic language disorders lead to a failure to use language in an appropriate manner in a social communicative context, and thus in turn cause a communication disability for the child who suffers from it in the first place. It negatively affects many aspects of pragmatic language because it is considered a means of verbal communication and social interaction.
