Abstract
Administrative organization is a topic that has received considerable attention. Administrative organization is not just a mechanism for running institutions; it is primarily a social structure. Both classical and modern theorists have attempted to understand management and seek to improve its effectiveness. Initially, theories focused on increasing productivity, and after several attempts, theories emerged that focused on the individual within the organization. Therefore, administrative organization is still linked to problems such as bureaucracy, globalization, digitization, and resistance to change.
