الملخص
ان انحصار نظرة المسيرين والاطارات التقنية في أولويات اقتصادية تقنية بالدرجة الأولى، و التينادرا ما تعطي الأهمية للنظر في السياسات المتعلقة بالموارد البشرية بالرغم من انهاتمثل أحد الموارد الرئيسية والهامة لنجاح أو فشل المنظمة. فكان اتجاهنا نحو اتخاذ الإطار المختص في علم اجتماع اكاديميا والممارسة المهنية السوسيولوجيةفي المؤسسة العمومية الجزائرية" موضوعا للبحث جاء لأهميته وكحتمية فرضتها الصعوبات التي واجهناها منذ تخرجنا، بداية من اللامبالات بشهادته في المنظمات الى عدم الاكتراث به في جل القطاعات والتي أثيرت حول مهنة ومهام الإطارالمختص في علم الاجتماع في المؤسسة العمومية الجزائرية. مكانته ودوره، آفاقه وتطلعاته في المؤسسة وحتى علاقته بمجتمعه بيئته ومحيطه. كل هذا الطرح الذي اجتهدنا لتحليله وتفسيره من خلال تحليل ميادين ومستويات التدخل السوسيولوجي في المؤسسة العمومية الجزائرية. باستخدام عينة الكرة الثلجية واستمارة استبيان كأداة. وقد توصلنا ان المختص علم الاجتماع في المؤسسة يبقى بعيد عن تكوينه الأكاديمي وعن الممارسة السوسيولوجية وينحصر في مهام إدارية بحتة The limitation of the view of managers and technical frameworks to primarily economic and technical priorities, which rarely gives importance to considering policies related to human resources, although they represent one of the main and important resources for the success or failure of the organization. Our approach was to adopt the specialized framework in academic sociology and professional sociological practice in the Algerian public institution as a research topic that came about due to its importance and as an inevitability imposed by the difficulties we faced since our graduation. Starting from the indifference to his certificate in organizations to the lack of interest in him in most sectors, which was raised about the profession and tasks of the specialist cadre in sociology in the Algerian public institution. His position and role, his horizons and aspirations in the institution, and even his relationship with his community, environment and surroundings. All this proposal that we have worked hard to analyze and interpret through analyzing the fields and levels of sociological intervention in the Algerian public institution. Using a snowball sample and a questionnaire as a tool. We have found that the sociologist in the institution remains far from his academic background and sociological practice and is confined to purely administrative tasks
