الملخص
تستبطنُ هذه الورقة مُقاربةً ترومُ طرْق باب " الإرهاب الإلكتروني" ، من خِلال بابَة "الخطاب المسجدي" الرَّاهن ؛ الـمُتلفِّف -في بعض الأَحيان وفي أنحاء شتَّى- بــِ"خطاب الكراهية" الدَّخيل ، والـمُتأفِّف مِن خطاب التَّسامح الأصيل . وتُركِّز على القانونين السُّعودي والجزائري ؛ بِحُكم اِصطلاء البلدين بنار الإرهاب على مدَى سنوات ، كما تُعرِّجُ الورقة على واقع الخطاب المسجدي ، وتـُحاول في النِّهاية -من خلاله- الوُصولَ إلى آليةٍ عِلاجية في مكافحة " الإرهاب الإلكتروني" . الكلمات المفتاحية: الخطاب ، المسجد ، الإرهاب ، الكراهية ، الرقمية . This paper introduces an approach that aims to address the issue of “cyber terrorism” through the current “mosque discourse,” which is sometimes and in various places entwined with the alien “hate speech” and is disgusted with the discourse of authentic tolerance. The paper focuses on Saudi and Algerian laws, given that both countries have been scorched by the fire of terrorism for years. The paper also touches on the reality of mosque discourse, ultimately attempting to arrive at a therapeutic mechanism to combat "cyber terrorism."
