The study aimed to define the conceptual framework of the financial system and analyze the term financial inclusion, given its significant importance in addressing the Algerian economic reality and shedding light on the nature of sustainable finance, which aims to promote the transition to a green economy and address the phenomenon of climate change. The study's findings indicate that the Algerian financial system needs further modernization of its legislative and regulatory structure to align with international standards. Financial inclusion in Algeria remains at an average level, calling for the development of more comprehensive strategies targeting vulnerable groups and microfinance institutions, Sustainable finance represents a promising tool for redirecting resources toward vital sectors such as renewable energy and start-ups, thereby enhancing economic diversification and reducing its dependence on hydrocarbons.
