الملخص
الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة لتقييم أثر التحول الطاقوي والمسار التنموي على البيئة في إطار فرضيات منحنى كوزنتس البيئي في الجزائر للفترة 1990 و2023 باستخدام نموذج ARDL دعمت النتائج صحة فرضية كوزنتس حيث أن النمو الاقتصادي ضمن مراحله الأولى والمعتمد على الصناعات الثقيلة سيؤثر سلبا على البيئية، في حين أن ارتفاع الدخل سيؤدي إلى الاهتمام بالجانب البيئي و محاولة تخفيف الضرر من خلال اهتمام بالصناعات ذات الانبعاثات أقل ، بالإضافة إلى ذلك، فإن التأثير الإيجابي لإجمالي استهلاك الطاقة على البيئة يعني أن الاستمرار في استخدام الطاقة من المصادر التقليدية سيزيد من التدهور البيئي، في حين أن الطاقة المتجددة ستساعد على تقليل البصمة الكربونية وتعزيز الاستدامة البيئية، أين تمثل البديل الأفضل والحل الأمثل لتحقيق أفضل توليفة ماين الطاقة، النمو والبيئية في الجزائر Abstract: The present study aims to assess the impact of the energy transition and development paths on the environment within the framework of Kuznets' environmental curve hypothesis in Algeria for the period 1990-2023 using the autoregressive distributed lag model (ARDL). The findings corroborated the validity of the Kuznets hypothesis, which posits that economic growth in its nascent stages, predicated on heavy industries, will exert a deleterious effect on the environment. Conversely, rising incomes will engender an increased preoccupation with environmental concerns, prompting endeavours to mitigate damage by concentrating on industries with reduced emissions. Moreover, the positive impact of total energy consumption on the environment means that the continued use of energy from traditional sources will lead to increased environmental degradation. Conversely, the utilisation of renewable energy will assist in reducing the carbon footprint and promoting environmental sustainability. This represents the optimal alternative and the most effective solution for achieving the optimal combination of energy, growth, and the environment in Algeria.
