دور النظام البيئي الجامعي في تعزيز التوجه الريادي: دراسة ميدانية لجامعات بسكرة، ورقلة والوادي

الملخص
تركز هذه الدراسة على تحليل دور النظام البيئي الجامعي في تعزيز التوجه الريادي في جامعات بسكرة، ورقلة، ووادي سوف. حيث تهدف إلى تحديد مكونات هذا النظام وأثرها في دعم الريادة داخل الجامعة وفق مقياس ENTRE-U. وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي مع عينة قصدية مكونة من 43 أستاذا، وجمعت البيانات عبر استمارة إلكترونية وورقية، وتم تحليلها ببرنامج SPSSV25. أظهرت النتائج أن التوجه الريادي ما يزال في مستوى متوسط، وأن مكونات النظام البيئي الجامعي غير مفعّلة بالشكل الكافي رغم وجود وعي أولي بأهميتها، كما بينت أن الأبعاد البيئية مثل التنوع والتفاعل الشبكي والتطور الذاتي تعد عوامل أساسية لدعم الريادة شريطة تفعيلها بسياسات واضحة وتنسيق مؤسسي فعال. This study focuses on analyzing the role of the university ecosystem in promoting entrepreneurial orientation at the Universities of Biskra, Ouargla, and El Oued. It aims to identify the components of this system and their impact on fostering entrepreneurship within the university based on the ENTRE-U scale. The descriptive-analytical method was adopted, with a purposive sample of 43 professors. Data were collected through electronic and paper questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS V25. The results showed that the entrepreneurial orientation is still at a moderate level and that the components of the university ecosystem are not yet sufficiently activated, despite an initial awareness of their importance. The study also revealed that environmental dimensions such as diversity, network interaction, and self-development are essential factors in supporting entrepreneurship, provided they are activated through clear policies and effective institutional coordination.
