واقع تصدير الخدمات الرقمية في الجزائر وعالميا The Reality Of Exporting Digital Services In Algeria And Globally

الملخص

تهدف هذه الدراسة، إلى توضيح واقع تصدير الخدمات الرقمية في الجزائر وعالميا، من خلال توضيح مفهوم الخدمات الرقمية، أنواع الخدمات الرقمية القابلة للتصدير، تحديد الحواجز التي تعيق تصديرها، تحليل تطور صادراتها خلال الفترة (2005-2023) وطنيا وعالميا، بالإضافة إلى دراسة هيكل صادرات الخدمات الرقمية وأهم البلدان المصدرة والرائدة في هذا المجال. كما تطرقت الدراسة إلى أهم الإجراءات التي اتخذتها الجزائر لتشجيع التجارة الرقمية وتصدير الخدمات الرقمية. في الأخير؛ توصلت الدراسة إلى أن تجارة الخدمات الرقمية، قطاع مهم وسيعرف المزيد من النمو والتطور مستقبلا، نظرا للإقبال المتزايد على هذه الخدمات تماشيا مع التطور التكنولوجي الذي يشهده العالم. وأوصت الدراسة بأهمية تخفيف الحواجز وتذليلها أمام تصدير هذه الخدمات لضمان انتشارها والإستفادة من عوائدها وطنيا وعالميا في تحقيق التنمية والتطور الإقتصادي والإجتماعي. Abstract: This study aims to clarify the reality of exporting digital services in Algeria and globally, by clarifying the concept of digital services, the types of digital services that can be exported, Identifying the barriers that hinder its export, analysis of the development of its exports during the period (2005-2023) nationally and globally, In addition to studying the structure of digital services exports and the most important exporting and leading countries in this field. The study also dealt with the most important measures taken by Algeria to encourage digital trade and the export of digital services. Finally, the study concluded that digital services trade is an important sector that will witness further growth and development in the future, given the increasing demand for these services in line with the technological development witnessed by the world. The study recommended the importance of reducing and removing barriers to exporting these services to ensure their spread and benefit from their returns nationally and globally in achieving economic and social development and progress.
