مصطلح التأويل وأثره على الغلو والتطرف في فهم النصوص، تأصيلا وتنزيلا

الملخص
يتحدث هذا الموضوع عن مصطلح مهم استغله بعض الناس وهو مصطلح التأويل، حيث توسطوا به في تحريف النصوص الشرعية، فأدت بهم إلى الغلو والتطرف، وألبسوا أقوالهم الشرعية للتأثير على المخاطبين، وفي الحقيقة هم يهددون بذلك أمن الأمة الفكري أولا، ثم أمنها العقدي ووحدة صفّها، ولذا وجب التصدي لمثل هذا الفكر الذي يشكل خطرا على أفراد الأمم والمجتمعات، ولذا كان القصد من هذا البحث ترتيب النتائج على مقدماتها من خلال إبطال استغلال هذا المصطلح والتصدي له بالبيان العلمي، بأنه لا يعد تأويلا علميا كما هو عند الأصوليين ولا المفسرين، وإنما هو تأويل ناشئ عن هوى، وتكلف في النصوص الشرعية. وبهذا يحصل البيان كمقدمة ليترتب عليه الإقناع للمخاطب وإبطال حجج المتأولين دون دليل Abstract: This topic talks about an important term that some people have exploited, which is the term interpretation, as they used it to distort the religious texts, which led them to extremism and fanaticism, and they dressed up their statements as religious to influence the audience, and in reality they are threatening the intellectual security of the nation first, then its ideological security and unity of its ranks, and therefore it is necessary to confront such thought that poses a danger to individuals of nations and societies, and therefore the purpose of this research was to arrange the results on their premises by invalidating the exploitation of this term and confronting it with scientific clarification, that it is not considered a scientific interpretation as it is with the fundamentalists or the commentators, but rather it is an interpretation arising from whims and affectation of the religious texts. Thus, the clarification is obtained as an introduction to convince the audience and invalidate the arguments of the interpreters without evidence Résumé: Ce sujet traite d'un terme important, exploité par certains, celui d'interprétation. Ils l'ont utilisé pour déformer les textes religieux, les conduisant à l'extrémisme et au fanatisme. Ils ont déguisé leurs déclarations en propos religieux pour influencer le public. En réalité, ils menacent d'abord la sécurité intellectuelle de la nation, puis sa sécurité idéologique et l'unité de ses rangs. Il est donc nécessaire de confronter une telle pensée, qui représente un danger pour les individus des nations et des sociétés. L'objectif de cette recherche était donc de présenter les résultats sur leurs prémisses en invalidant l'exploitation de ce terme et en le confrontant à une clarification scientifique. Il ne s'agit pas d'une interprétation scientifique, contrairement aux fondamentalistes ou aux commentateurs, mais plutôt d'une interprétation découlant de l'imagination et de l'affectation des textes religieux. Cette clarification sert ainsi d'introduction pour convaincre le public et invalider les arguments des interprètes sans preuves.
