الملخص
الملخص: ان الواقع المجتمعي العربي الراهن لما له من مقومات مشتركة دين واحد، جغرافيا ممتدة، و تاريخ مشترك، و لغة واحدة، و مصير مشترك تدفع بدراسته ككتلة واحدة رغم التباينات الثقافية و العرقية. اهم ما يمكن استخلاصه من الدراسات السوسيولوجية لظاهرة العنف الأسري مسايرة للتحول الاجتماعي كمجتمع تقليدي, يحكم قيم دينية ، ثقافية ، اجتماعية و للمحافظة على كيانها المستقل يعمل على اعادة انتاج نفسه ، وقد كانت حصنا منيعا ضد مساعي الاستعمار لتفكيكها، و لقد بينت الدراسات ان العائلة العربية عرفت تغيرات سواء في شكلها التركيبي او على مستوى البنية او في علاقاتها الداخلية او على مستوى قيمها الاجتماعية و الدينية و الثقافية و ذلك بفعل عوامل متعددة . و في هذا جاءت دراستنا للبحث في طبيعة العنف الاسري واثره على البناء الاجتماعي، وتحديد النماذج الثقافية التي تغذيه، فالصفة المميزة للتشكيلات الاجتماعية العربية كونها تشكيلات تاريخية متباينة، تشكيلات قبل الرأسمالية قائمة على المتحدات الاجتماعية( القبيلة – العشيرة- العائلة الممتدة ) و تشكيلات رأسمالية متباينة تابعة و مشوهة قائمة على اشكال هجينة و غير مكتملة التكوين من الطبقات الاجتماعية و التراتبية المهنية، و تنظيمات المجتمع المدني و الاسرة الأولية الى جانب تأثير المجال العمران على السلوك الاجتماعي. وما افرزه من صراع علني وخفي نتيجة التغيرات في القيم الاسرية والبناء الاجتماعي الهجين بين التقليدي والحداثي. Abstract: The current Arab societal reality, with its shared components of a single religion, extended geography, common history, a single language, and a shared destiny, compels its study as a single entity despite cultural and ethnic differences. The most important takeaway from sociological studies on the phenomenon of domestic violence is the alignment with social transformation as a traditional society governed by religious, cultural, and social values. To maintain its independent entity, it works on reproducing itself. It has been a formidable fortress against colonial attempts to dismantle it. Studies have shown that the Arab family, have undergone changes in their structural form, internal relationships, and social, religious, and cultural values due to various factors. In this context, our study aimed to investigate the nature of domestic violence and its impact on family structure, and to identify the cultural models that perpetuate it. The distinctive feature of Arab social formations is their historical diversity. They include pre-capitalist formations based on social units (tribe, clan, extended family) and diverse, dependent, and distorted capitalist formations based on hybrid and incomplete social classes and professional hierarchies, as well as civil society organizations and the primary family, alongside the influence of the urban environment on social behavior. And the resulting open and hidden conflicts due to changes in family values and the hybrid social structure between the traditional and the modern.
