This study explores the effects of management style, communication and organizational structure, and training and motivation on the performance of Algerian startups. Data from 80 incubated and non-incubated startups, founded within the past five years, were collected via a 32-item questionnaire. Statistical analyses confirmed that all three factors significantly enhance performance, with management style exerting the greatest influence, followed by communication and organizational structure, and training and motivation. Findings emphasize the central role of internal managerial practices in strengthening startup sustainability and competitiveness in emerging economies.
