معايير الخدمات الفنية بالمكتبات الجامعية الجزائرية بين الوعي والاستخدام: دراسة ميدانية بالمكتبة المركزية لجامعة باجي مختار عنابة.

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على معايير الخدمات الفنية بالمكتبات الجامعية، ومدى وعي العاملين بهذه المعايير وكذلك مدى تطبيقهم لها في الخدمات الفنية بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي وأداة المقابلة مع موظفي قسم الإعداد الفني( قسم الاقتناءات، وقسم المعالجة) بالمكتبة المركزية لجامعة باجي مختار عنابة. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن العاملين يملكون الوعي الكافي بمعايير الخدمات الفنية وأنهم يطبقون المعايير في خدمة الاختيار والتزويد، الفهرسة، التصنيف فقط، وأنهم لا يجيدون القيام بخدمتي التكشيف والاستخلاص وأنهم جعلوا هاتين الخدمتين مهدرة للوقت والجهد وأنهما غير ضروريتان في المكتبة. This study aims to identify the standards of technical services in university libraries, the extent of staff awareness of these standards and the extent of their application in technical services. We relied on the description approach and interview tool with the employees of the technical preparation department (acquisition department and processing department) at the central library of Badji Mokhtar university, Annaba. The study concluded that the employees have sufficient awareness of the standards of technical services and that they apply the standards in the services of selection and supply cataloging and classification only, however they are not proficient in performing the indexing and abstracting services and that they have made these two services a waste of time and effort and that they are not necessary in the library.
