The Journal of Governance and Economic Law is an international peer-reviewed, semi-annual, non-profit and open-access scientific journal published by the Laboratory of Governance and Economic Law, Faculty of Law and Political Science, University of Batna 1.

The journal aims to contribute to the advancement of scientific research and the dissemination of legal knowledge by publishing original academic studies and research papers in various fields of law. It welcomes contributions from researchers at different academic levels, in accordance with the recognized scientific standards and principles of academic publishing.

The journal is published in an electronic format and publishes articles in Arabic, English, and French, thereby strengthening its openness to the international scientific community and expanding the dissemination of scholarly output. The journal is committed to open-access principles and strives to publish high-quality research that contributes to the development of legal studies.

إعــلان عــن فتــح استقبــال المقــالات العلميــة

تُعلن هيئة تحرير مجلة الحوكمة والقانون الاقتصادي، الصادرة عن مخبر الحوكمة والقانون الاقتصادي، كلية الحقوق والعلوم السياسية، جامعة باتنة 1، عن فتح باب استقبال المقالات العلمية الأصلية للنشر في المجلة، وذلك لفائدة الباحثين والأساتذة وطلبة الدكتوراه، في مجالات الحقوق والعلوم السياسية والعلوم الاقتصادية، وفقًا لشروط وقواعد النشر المعتمدة بالمجلة.

ويتم استقبال المقالات بصفة دورية للأعداد العادية، حسب الرزنامة الآتية:

المجلد السابع (07) – العدد الأول (01) – جانفي 2027
فترة استقبال المقالات: من 01 أوت 2026 إلى غاية 01 أكتوبر 2026.
المجلد السابع (07) – العدد الثاني (02) – جوان 2027
فترة استقبال المقالات: من 01 جانفي 2027 إلى غاية 01 مارس 2027.

وتدعو هيئة التحرير السادة الباحثين إلى الالتزام بقالب المجلة وشروط النشر وأخلاقياته، مع الحرص على استيفاء جميع المتطلبات العلمية والمنهجية، بما يضمن جودة الأعمال المقدمة وسلامة إجراءات التحكيم العلمي. كما يُرجى مراعاة نسبة الاقتباس، التي يجب ألا تتجاوز (30%) من إجمالي محتوى البحث، ويُستبعد تلقائيًا كل مقال يتجاوز هذه النسبة أو يخالف ضوابط الأمانة العلمية وأخلاقيات النشر.

Call for Papers

The Editorial Board of the Journal of Governance and Economic Law, published by the Laboratory of Governance and Economic Law, Faculty of Law and Political Science, University of Batna 1, is pleased to announce the opening of submissions for original scientific manuscripts to be considered for publication in the journal. Submissions are welcomed from researchers, academics, and doctoral candidates in the fields of Law, Political Science, and Economics, in accordance with the journal's publication guidelines and editorial policies.

Manuscripts for the journal's regular issues will be received according to the following schedule:

Volume 7 – Issue 1 – January 2027
(Serial Issue No. 13)
Submission Period: From 1 August 2026 to 1 October 2026.
Volume 7 – Issue 2 – June 2027
(Serial Issue No. 14)
Submission Period: From 1 January 2027 to 1 March 2027.

The Editorial Board kindly invites all authors to carefully comply with the journal's manuscript template, publication requirements, and publication ethics. Authors are also requested to ensure that their submissions meet all scientific and methodological standards to facilitate the peer-review process and maintain the quality of published research.

In addition, authors are required to ensure that the similarity (plagiarism) index does not exceed 30% of the total manuscript content. Any manuscript exceeding this threshold, or found to violate the principles of academic integrity and publication ethics, will be automatically rejected.
