الملخص
ملخص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن مستوى السعادة المهنية لدى أساتذة المركز الجامعي عبد الحفيظ بوالصوف ميلة (الجزائر)، ومعرفة إذا كان هناك فروق في مستوى السعادة المهنية لديهم تعزى لمتغيري الجنس وسنوات العمل، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، كما استخدمت الاستبيان لجمع البيانات، الذي تم تطبيقه على عينة مكونة من(146) أستاذا وأستاذة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج، مفادها: أن مستوى السعادة المهنية لدى أساتذة المركز الجامعي عبد الحفيظ بوالصوف بميلة، جاء مرتفعا بصورة إجمالية بمتوسط حسابي(3.00) وانحراف معياري(0.64)، ومرتفع في الأبعاد الآتية على التوالي(العلاقات الموثوق بها بمتوسط(3.24)، الانخراط والاندماج في العمل بمتوسط(3.23)، المعنى والهدف بمتوسط(3.07)) وجاء متوسطا في بعدي الإنجاز والاعتراف، والتنمية الشخصية والمهنية. كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى الدلالة(0.05ꭤ≤) في استجابات أفراد العينة من أساتذة المركز الجامعي عبد الحفيظ بوالصوف بميلة، تعزى لمتغيري الجنس وسنوات العمل، وذلك لصالح الإناث وفئة سنوات العمل أقل من عشر سنوات. الكلمات المفتاحية: السعادة المهنية، أساتذة الجامعة، الإنجاز والاعتراف، التنمية الشخصية والمهنية. Abstract: The current study aimed to examine the level of professional happiness among faculty members at the University Centre of Abdelhafid Bousouf, Mila. It also sought to determine whether there were significant differences in professional happiness related to gender and years of service. The study employed a descriptive methodology and utilized a questionnaire to collect data, which was administered to a sample of 146 professors. The results revealed that the overall level of professional happiness among the professors at the University Centre was high, with a mean score of (3.00) and a standard deviation of (0.64). The highest levels of happiness were observed in the following dimensions, in order: trustworthy relationships (mean = 3.24), work engagement and integration (mean = 3.23), and meaning and purpose (mean = 3.07). In contrast, the dimensions of achievement and recognition and personal and professional development showed moderate scores. Moreover, the study found statistically significant differences in the responses of faculty members regarding gender and years of service, with women and professors with less than ten years of experience showing higher levels of professional happiness (p ≤ 0.05).
