Abstract: The GAM Insurance Company, through its introduction of Takaful insurance in Algeria, has navigated regulatory challenges and tailored its offerings to align with Islamic principles of solidarity. By securing essential certifications and focusing on Sharia compliance, the GAM aims to expand its market presence and provide Sharia-compliant insurance solutions that cater to local needs, enhancing transparency and customer trust through strategic initiatives. ملخص: قدمت شركة التأمين GAM نظام التأمين التكافلي في الجزائر، متجاوزةً التحديات التنظيمية وموائمة منتجاتها مع مبادئ التضامن الإسلامي. ومن خلال الحصول على الشهادات الأساسية والتركيز على الامتثال للشريعة، تهدف شركة GAM إلى توسيع وجودها في السوق وتقديم حلول تأمينية متوافقة مع الشريعة الإسلامية تلبي الاحتياجات المحلية، مما يعزز الشفافية وثقة العملاء من خلال مبادرات إستراتيجية.
