الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة الي ابراز حالة البحث و التطوير في قطاع الصيدلة الجزائري واقع و حقيقة المشاريع المقامة في مخابر صناعة الدواء وذلك من خلال معرفة كل ما يخص المشاريع المقامة في هذه المؤسسات هل لاختراع او تطوير دواء مراحلها الكفاءات العاملة في هذه المشاريع و طريقة تمويلها و كذلك تسليط الضوء علي اهم العراقيل التي تصعب هذه المشاريع من خلال دراسة شاملة لقطاع الصيدلة في الجزائر بغيت التشــجيع أكثــر علــي الاستثمار فيها ، لتتمكن من ضمان مكانتها في الأسواق الوطنية، خاصة أمام المنافسة مع المخابر العالمية في سوق الدواء. This study aims to highlight the state of research and development (R&D) in the Algerian pharmaceutical sector by examining the reality and challenges of projects conducted within drug manufacturing laboratories. It seeks to explore various aspects of these projects, including their objectives (whether for drug invention or development), stages of implementation, the competencies of the workforce involved, funding mechanisms, and the major obstacles hindering progress. Through a comprehensive analysis of Algeria's pharmaceutical industry, the study intends to encourage greater investment in R&D, enabling the sector to strengthen its position in the national market—especially in the face of competition from global pharmaceutical laboratories. The ultimate goal is to enhance Algeria's self-sufficiency and competitiveness in the drug market.
