الإرصان والمحاولة الانتحارية : دراسة سيكوباثولوجية

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة إذا الراشد الذي حاول الانتحار يتميز بفشل الإرصان من خلال اهتمامنا بالجانب التشخيصي الذي يمهد للتدخل العلاجي و قد تم استخدام المنهج العيادي على حالة حاولت الانتحار تبلغ من العمر 40 سنة تواجدت بمستشفى شيقيفارا - مستغانم- أما أدوات الدراسة فاعتمدنا على المقابلة والملاحظة العيادية، دراسة الهيئة العقلية والتشخيص البنيوي وكذا التشخيص الفارقي كما يساهم tat بإمكانية إجراء قراءة عيادية وإسقاطية موافقة للإشكاليات التي تميز البنية و خصوصية الشخص في فردانيته. توصلنا من خلال بحثنا إلى أن : الراشد الذي حاول الانتحار يتميز بفشل الإرصان. فيتجلى ذلك عياديا من خلال غياب الاستثمار العقلي والعاطفي للتصورات ويتعزز هذا الفشل عبر السياقات النفسية الأكثر استخداما وتصعيد ميول انتحارية كحل نفسي دفاعي. This study aims to explore the examine whether the adult who attempt suicide demonstrates a failure in mentalization, with a focus on the diagnostic aspect as preliminary step for therapeutic intervention. A clinical case study was conducted 40-year-old female patient who had attempted suicide and was admitted to Cheguevara hospital in Mostaganem. The methodological tools included clinical interviews, clinical observation, mental status examination, structural diagnosis, and differential diagnosis. Additionally the Thematic Apperception Test (TAT) was used to provide a projective and clinical reading aligned with the individual’s psychological structure and unique subjectivity. Findings indicate that the adult who attempt suicide exhibited a failure in mentalization. Clinically, thi was evident through the absence of cognitive and emotional investment in representaions, a dificit further exacerbated in spicific psychological contexts. The failure of mentalization appears to intensify suicidal tendencies, which then emerge as a defensive psychological solution.
