الرواية البوليسية كأداة للتفكير في مفاهيم العدالة و السلطة بين النموذج الكلاسيكي و النموذج المابعد حداثي

الملخص
بالرغم من تعدد القراءات التي توجهت للبحث في الجذور التاريخية للرواية البوليسية، واعتبار نشأتها نتاجًا لتحولات اجتماعية وفكرية وسياقات صناعية حديثة معتبرة ، إلا أنّها لا تختزل في كونها مجرّد لعبة ذهنية أو وسيلة ترفيهية لحل الألغاز،فالرواية البوليسية، بوصفها خطابًا أدبيًا، تُؤسس لعلاقة معقّدة بين مفاهيم السلطة والعدالة والحقيقة، وتُعيد مساءلتها عبر آليات سردية تتجاوز الإثارة الظاهرية نحو تعرية البنية العميقة للواقع . تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل كيفية تمثّل قطبي العدالة والسلطة داخل النص البوليسي الكلاسيكي والما بعد حداثي، من خلال تفكيك التوترات الكامنة بين القانون والأخلاق، بين المعلن والمضمر، وبين سلطة المؤسسة وسلطة الخطاب. وتبيّن أن الرواية البوليسية تُعدّ مرآة تعكس اختلالات الواقع، كما تمثّل فضاء نقديًا لإعادة التفكير في الوجود عبر الحبكة البوليسية ذات الطابع الإشكالي. Albeit the numerous readings that have persued to trace the historical roots of the detective novel—considering its emergence as the product of significant social and intellectual transformations and modern industrial contexts—it cannot be reduced to merely an intellectual game or an entertaining means of puzzle solving, but rather as a literary discourse. the detective novel establishes a complex relationship between the concepts of power, justice, and truth, seeking, through narrative mechanisms that go beyond suspense, to expose the deep structures of reality. This study aims to analyze how both justice and power are represented within the classical detective text, and to inspect the dynamics of the tensions between law and morality, between the meaning produced by institutional authority and the authority of discourse. It shows that the detective novel has been a mirror reflecting the imbalances of reality, as well as a deconstructive space for rethinking existence through the problematic nature of the detective plot.
