الملخص
الملخص : التنمية المستدامة ليست مجرد خيار، بل هي حتمية لضمان مستقبل أمن يوازن بين حاجيات الحاضر دون المساس بقدرة الأجيال القادمة على تلبية حاجياتهم ، فالتنمية رؤية شاملة لتنظيم علاقتنا مع بعضنا البعض وعلاقتنا بكوكبنا ما جعل منها موضوع إستحوذ على الإهتمام بجميع مستوياته الوطنية و الدولية فتضافرت الجهود وأشرك جميع من له مصلحة لإنشاء خطة التنمية المستدامة 2030 بأبعادها الثلاث المتكاملة والمترابطة: البعد الاقتصادي والبعدالاجتماعي ، والبعد البيئي. تعد النقابات العمالية في الجزائر، وإن كانت تُعرف بتركيزها التقليدي على الدفاع عن الحقوق العمالية ،كيانات اجتماعية واقتصادية مؤثرة تمتلك القدرة على التأثير في مسار التنمية. وفي هذا السياق، تهدف خطة الجزائر للتنمية المستدامة (المرتبطة غالبًا بأهداف الأمم المتحدة للتنمية المستدامة) إلى تحقيق مجموعة من الأهداف الشاملة. لذا، يطرح هذا المقال إشكالية محورية: ما مدى مساهمة النقابات العمالية في الجزائر في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة لخطة 2030، وما هي التحديات والفرص التي تواجه هذه المساهمة؟ Abstract: Sustainable development is not just an option; it is an imperative to ensure a secure future that balances the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. Development is a comprehensive vision for regulating our relationship with each other and our relationship with our planet, which has made it a topic of interest at all national and international levels. Efforts have combined and all stakeholders have been involved in creating the 2030 Sustainable Development Plan with its three integrated and interconnected dimensions: the economic, the social, and the environmental. Although traditionally known for their focus on defending workers' rights, trade unions in Algeria are influential social and economic entities with the potential to influence the course of development. In this context, Algeria's Sustainable Development Plan (often linked to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals) aims to achieve a set of comprehensive objectives. Therefore, this article raises a central question: To what extent have trade unions in Algeria contributed to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals of the 2030 Agenda, and what are the challenges and opportunities facing this contribution?
