الملخص
الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى استكشاف اسهامات الحوكمة القانونية في المجال الرياضي نحو تعزيز الشفافية والمساءلة في التسيير الإداري – دراسة ميدانية لمديرية الشباب والرياضة لولاية الاغواط، ذلك من خلال تسليط الضوء على مدى مساهمة هذه التقنيات في تحسين الشفافية، الفعالية والمساءلة داخل المؤسسات الرياضية العمومية، مع التركيز على مديرية الشباب والرياضة لولاية الاغواط كنموذج ميداني، اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي اما الأدوات البحثية تمثلت في استبيان موجه الى اطارات بالمديرية على عينة عددها 20 اطار، وقد توصلت النتائج ان تفعيل النصوص القانونية عبر آليات رقابية صارمة ومستقلة يساهم في تعميم الرقمنة كأداة مركزية للحوكمة و تعزيز ثقافة المساءلة والشفافية لدى الإطارات والموظفين. الكلمات المفتاحية: الحوكمة، المجال الرياضي، التسيير الإداري. Abstract This study aims to explore the contributions of legal governance in the sports field towards enhancing transparency and accountability in administrative management - a field study of the Directorate of Youth and Sports of Laghouat State, by highlighting the extent to which these technologies contribute to improving transparency, effectiveness and accountability within public sports institutions. Focusing on the Directorate of Youth and Sports of Laghouat State as a field model, the study relied on the descriptive analytical approach, while the research tools were represented by a questionnaire directed to the directorate’s cadres on a sample of 20 cadres, and the results showed that activating the legal texts, Through strict and independent oversight mechanisms, it contributes to the widespread adoption of digitization as a central tool for governance and fosters a culture of accountability and transparency among executives and employees.
