This study extensively canvasses Israel's institutionalized abuses in Palestine under international criminal law, first , clearly setting out key legal concepts such as "genocide" and "crimes against humanity" from accepted frameworks of international law. Building on this foundation, it well examines Israel's actions, explaining how they contravene key principles of international humanitarian law and human rights law. Specifically, the research highlights the profession's outright breach of international covenants, charters, and norms, showing a consistent pattern of gross violations. As a result, they have been condemned across the world by the international community.
