الملخص
ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة الوقوف على انتهاكات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي لحقوق الشعب الفلسطيني عقب عملية طوفان الأقصى التي تصاعدت هذه الانتهاكات بشكل بالغ الخطورة وغير مسبوق، حيث شنت إسرائيل حرباً وحشية على قطاع غزة انتهكت خلالها جميع المواثيق والمعاهدات والاتفاقيات والأعراف الدولية، وارتكبت أثناءها كافة أشكال الانتهاكات والجرائم التي تعد جرائم حرب وجرائم ضد الإنسانية وإبادة جماعية. كما وهدفت هذه الدراسة الى التوضيح القانوني بأن الاحتلال الإسرائيلي للأراضي الفلسطينية يتناقض مع كافة المواثيق والأعراف الدولية، ويشكل كذلك انتهاكا صارخا لأحكام القانون الدولي الإنساني ، بل وانتهكت احكامها في تحدِ سافر للمجتمع الدولي . الكلمات المفتاحية: طوفان الأقصى ؛ الابادة الجماعية ؛ الانتهاكات الاسرائيلية ؛ جرائم ضد الانسانية ؛ قطاع غزة . This study aims to try to identify Israeli occupation violations of the rights of the Palestinian people after Al-Aqsa flood operation , which has escalated these Israeli violations of the Palestinian people rights in an extremely dangerous and unprecedented manner. Israel launched a brutal war against Gaza Strip ,during which ; Israel violated all international treaties, conventions and norms . During which ; It committed all forms of violations and crimes that regarded as war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide . And this study also aims to clarify legally that Israel's occupation of the Palestinian territories was contrary to all international norms and conventions .In addition to constituted a flagrant violation of international humanitarian law and its provisions have been violated in flagrant defiance of the international community. key words: Tufan al-Aqsa''Al-Aqsa flood ''; genocide; Israeli violations; crimes against humanity; Gaza Strip.
