الملخص
تتناول هذه الورقة دراسة اهتمامات جزء من الصحافة الوطنية الجزائرية أو ما كانت تسميه الإدارة الاستعمارية بالصحافة الأهلية، خلال فترة الحرب العالمية الثانية. في ظل هذه الظروف الاستثنائية لم تبقى في الساحة الإعلامية سوى صحف التيارات الطرقية و المنشقين من الإصلاحيين والاندماجيين، وقد سعى أصحاب هذه الجرائد إلى مقايضة دعمهم و ولائهم لخطاب الإدارة بالترويج لأفكارهم السياسية والاجتماعية والثقافية والدينية التي كانوا يناضلون لأجلها قبل الحرب. ومن هنا تبرز أهمية الموضوع من حيث تسليط الضوء على نشاط هذه الصحافة في مرحلة لطالما وصفتها الكتابات التاريخية بأنها استثنائية و راكدة من حيث النشاط السياسي والفكري، وركزت فيها الأبحاث على تتبع الوقائع التاريخية ذات الصلة المباشرة بالحرب.و دار محور الدراسة حول إشكال رئيسي هو ما هي أبرز اهتمامات الصحافة الأهلية خلال الحرب العالمية الثانية؟ و توصلنا بعد البحث والدراسة إلى أن الصحافة الأهلية قد عالجت عبر صفحاتها مختلف قضايا الحرب العسكرية والدعائية من منظور توجيه الإدارة، وكذا محاولة تقديم الأفكار السياسية والاجتماعية بغية إصلاح أوضاع الجزائريين. This paper deals with the study of the concerns of a part of the Algerian national press, or what the colonial administration called the civil press, during the Second World War, under these exceptional circumstances, only the newspapers of the tariqa currents and the dissidents from the reformists and integrationists remained in the media arena. The owners of these newspapers sought to trade their support and loyalty to the administration’s discourse by promoting its political, social, cultural and religious ideas that it was struggling for before the war. Hence, the importance of the topic emerges in terms of shedding light on the activity of this press at a stage that historical writings have always described as exceptional and stagnant in terms of activity Political and intellectual, in which research focused on tracing historical facts directly related to the war. After research and study, we concluded that the civil press has dealt with various issues of military and propaganda war through its pages from the perspective of directing the administration, as well as an attempt to present political and social ideas in order to reform the conditions of the Algerians.
