البَصمَة الصّوتيّة: مجالُ التّطبيق. Voiceprint: Field Of Application.

الملخص
إنّ الصّوتَ البَشري، سِمةٌ مائزةٌ، اختصّ بها الإنسان للتّعبير عن مكنوناتِه وأغراضِه، وتختلف هذه الموارد الصّوتيّة في نواحي انتظامِها وتأليفِها مِن جماعةٍ لغويّةٍ إلى أُخرى بحيث تكون مفهومةً في نطاقِ هذه الجماعَة؛ وسمةُ الاختلافِ والتّمايُز –إذا ما دقّقنا النّظر-نجِدُها تقعُ بين الفئاتِ العُمريّة وبين الذّكور والإناث وحتّى عند الشّخص الواحِد إذا استخدمنا أجهزةً تقنيّة للتّعرّف الصّوتي، مثل المطياف؛ وتتحكّم في هذه التّبايُنات الصّوتيّة عناصر نفسيّة واجتماعيّة وغيرها. ولا شكّ أنّ الصفةَ الصّوتيّة –لشدّة ما صارت علامةً فرديّةً-اتّخذت تسمية البَصمة الصّوتيّة على شاكلةِ الصّفاتِ الوراثيّة الجينيّة الأخرى، أحد المفاهيمِ الّتي أثمرتها الصّوتيّات الجنائيّة معينًا للقضاء وأداةً لإثبات التّهم أو نفيها؛ وقد زاد مِن الاستناد إلى المادّة الصّوتيّة التّواصلات الإلكترونيّة والتّعامل الواسع بالرّسائِل الصّوتيّة عبر الدُّول وبين الأفراد؛ وعليه تبتغي هذه الأوراق إلقاء الضّوء على الجانب التّطبيقي والعملي للدّراسة الصّوتيّة وما يُمكن أن تُقدّمه للاستقصاء القضائي والجنائِي. The human voice is a distinctive feature that sets humans apart, allowing them to express their inner thoughts and purposes. These vocal resources vary in their organization and composition from one linguistic community to another, in such a way that they are understood within the scope of that community. The characteristic of difference and distinction, upon closer examination, can be observed between age groups, between males and females, and even in the same individual when using technological devices for voice recognition, such as a spectrograph. These vocal variations are influenced by psychological, social, and other factors. There is no doubt that the vocal characteristic, having become so uniquely individual, has come to be referred to as a "voiceprint" much like other genetic hereditary traits. This is one of the concepts developed by forensic phonetics as a resource for the judiciary and a tool for proving or disproving accusations. The reliance on audio material has increased with the rise of electronic communications and the widespread use of voice messages across countries and among individuals. Accordingly, this paper seeks to shed light on the practical and applied aspects of phonetic study and what it can offer to judicial and criminal investigations.
