الملخص
أثر استعمال الانترنت في وقوع الأطفال ضحايا أو تورطهم في مختلف الجرائم الالكترونية نظرا لضعف قدراتهم الذهنية والجسدية، فالجرائم عبر الفضاء الرقمي و المستهدفة للطفل بشكل كبير أصبحت واقعا يفرض ذاته خاصة في ظل انحطاط الأخلاق وتدني الوازع الديني، وأمام هشاشة التشريعات العقابية وعدم مواكبتها للتطورات التكنولوجية السريعة كان لزاما على المجتمع الجزائري بجميع مؤسساته وشرائحه التدخل لمواجهة هذا النوع المستحدث من الجرائم ولتقوية جدار الحماية للطفل من هذا النوع البشع من الاستغلال الذي يشكل تهديدا حقيقيا للمجتمع، ومن خلال هذه الورقة سنتحدث عن كيفية تجسد الاستغلال الاجرامي للطفل عبر الفضاء الرقمي وكذا تدابير مجابهة هذا النوع من الجريمة من خلال الحديث عن الطفل وعلاقته بالفضاء الرقمي بشكل عام ثم عرض أبرز المخاطر المنجرة عن الابحار في هذا الفضاء وكذا سبل الاعتداء على الاطفال عبر الفضاء الرقمي على وجه الخصوص ، ثم النظر في تدابير حماية الطفل عبر الفضاء الرقمي ومختلف الاجراءات اللازمة لحمايته The impact of using the Internet on children becoming victims or involved in various electronic crimes due to their weak mental and physical abilities. Crimes across the digital space, which largely target children, have become an imposing reality, especially in light of the decline of morals and the decline of religious restraint, and in light of the fragility of penal legislation and its failure to keep pace with rapid technological developments It was imperative for Algerian society, with all its institutions and segments, to intervene to confront this new type of crime and to strengthen the wall of protection for children from this hideous type of exploitation that poses a real threat to society Through this paper, we will talk about how the criminal exploitation of children is embodied through the digital space, as well as the measures to confront this type of crime by talking about the child and his relationship with the digital space in general, then presenting the most prominent risks resulting from browsing in this space, as well as the ways of assaulting children through the digital space in particular, then looking at measures to protect the child through the digital space and the various procedures necessary to protect him
