Abstract

Our study aims to analyze the reality of international security in light of the technological and biotechnology revolution, and the transformations and changes it has imposed on the media sector and software used in managing the international security environment and local and global affairs. This is achieved by promoting the right to electronic surveillance, strengthening cyber security operations, and securing countries' smart borders with the aim of eliminating cyber security threats and electronic breaches aimed at undermining countries' security interests. Moreover, the biotechnology revolution has presented a number of repercussions and international, regional, and global challenges, as well as numerous innovations in the fields of cyber security, cyber development, and information technology, leading to the emergence of new technological forces that have changed the content, actors, and dynamics of international security.
