أفضل المدن الذكية في العالم

الملخص
المدن الذكية، هي تلك التي تركز على التنمية الحضرية المستدامة، مع مراعاة الابتكار وتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في إدارة وتقديم مختلف الخدمات. يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على أفضل المدن في العالم والتي تستغل الذكاء الاصطناعي لتحقيق هذه التنمية، وذلك طبقا للتصنيف الذي يعتمد على مؤشر عدة محاور رئيسية من بينها: الصحة والسلامة، التنقل، الأنشطة، الفرص، والحوكمة. ولعل من أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها أن هذه المدن تمثل نموذجا يمكن الاحتذاء به لتعميمه على المدن الأخرى مع احترام خصوصية كل بلد، كما يمكن لأي مدينة أن تصبح ذكية باحترام معايير قيام المدن الذكية وبتوفر إرادة سياسية تتجه نحو إنجاح تحول المدن إلى مدن ذكية. Smart cities are those that focus on sustainable urban development, taking into account innovation and information and communication technology in the management and provision of various services. This research aims to identify the best cities in the world that exploit artificial intelligence to achieve this development, according to the classification that is based on an index of several main axes, including: health and safety, mobility, activities, opportunities, and governance. Perhaps one of the most important results reached is that these cities represent a model that can be emulated and extended to other cities while respecting the privacy of each country. Any city can become smart by respecting the standards for establishing smart cities and having a political will directed towards the success of transforming cities int smart cities.
