The Information Criminal And Its Criminal Motives

Abstract
It is said that cybercrime is the crime of the intelligent, unlike traditional crime, in which the offender often relies on physical strength and violence to carry out their criminal plans. From this perspective, studying the cybercriminal requires examining them from multiple angles, the most important of which are defining the jurisprudential and legal concepts of this type of criminal, analyzing the circumstances and reasons that led them to commit their crime, and addressing the main traits and characteristics that distinguish them from other criminals. يُقال إن الجريمة المعلوماتية تُعد جريمة الأذكياء، بخلاف الجريمة التقليدية التي يعتمد فيها المجرم غالبًا على القوة البدنية والعنف لتنفيذ مخططاته الإجرامية. ومن هذا المنطلق، فإن دراسة المجرم المعلوماتي تستوجب النظر إليه من زوايا متعددة، أهمها تحديد المفهومين الفقهي والقانوني لهذا النوع من المجرمين، مع تحليل الظروف والأسباب التي دفعته إلى ارتكاب جريمته، بالإضافة إلى التطرق إلى أبرز سماته وخصائصه التي تميّزه عن غيره من المجرمين.
