دور المقاربة الديبلوأمنية في تعزيز الدور الإقليمي للجزائر: النزاع الليبي نموذجًا

الملخص
تكمن أهمية الدراسة في تناولها أحد أبرز النزاعات التي شهدتها منطقة شمال إفريقيا مؤخراً، وهو النزاع الليبي الذي عرف تطورات عديدة حولته من مجرد انتفاضة ضد الدكتاتورية إلى نزاع مسلح معقد يهدد الأمن والاستقرار الاقليمي، وتعد الجزائر من أكثر الدول المتضررة من تصاعد حدة العنف في ليبيا بسب القرب الجغرافي بين البلدين من الناحية الجنوبية، مما دفعها للتدخل من خلال تبني المقاربة الديبلوأمنية سعياً لإيجاد حل مناسب يرضي جميع الأطراف المتنازعة، خاصة وأن هذه المقاربة تعمل على استخدام القنوات الدبلوماسية لتعزيز التعاون بين الدول مع توظيف البعد الأمني في خدمة أهداف السياسة الخارجية. The importance of the study lies in its coverage of one of the most prominent conflicts that North Africa has witnessed recently, namely the Libyan conflict, which has witnessed numerous developments that transformed it from a mere uprising against dictatorship into a complex armed conflict that threatens regional security and stability. Algeria is one of the countries most affected by the escalation of violence in Libya due to the geographical proximity between the two countries to the south, which prompted it to intervene by adopting the diplomatic approach in an effort to find an appropriate solution that satisfies all conflicting parties, especially since this approach works to use diplomatic channels to enhance cooperation between countries while employing the security dimension in serving foreign policy objectives.
