البعد المفاهيمي لمدلول الطفل

الملخص
فرضت جميع الأنظمة حماية واسعة للطفل ليتمتع بكافة الحقوق المكفولة له من جهة وحمايته ضد المخاطر المختلفة من جهة أخرى، وقد حدد مفهوم الطفل ومن يتمتع بهذه الفئة من الحقوق الخاصة بالطفل من خلال تعريفه سواء من الناحية اللغوية او من الناحية الاصطلاحية، وكذلك من طرف القوانين الداخلية والمواثيق الدولية، وقد كان لعلم النفس وعلم الاجتماع أيضا دورا في ذلك. حيث تتفق مختلف التعاريف أن مدلول الطفل يدور حول كل من لم يبلغ ثمانية عشر سنة. All regulations have imposed broad protection for children to enjoy all the rights guaranteed to them, on the one hand, and to protect them against the various risks, on the other, and have defined the concept of children and those enjoying this category of rights for children, both in language and in idiomatic meaning. Also by domestic laws and international charters, psychology and sociology have also played a role. Where different definition agree that the meaning of the child revolves everyone who has the age of eighteen.
