عقد من الزمن للنشر العلمي بمجلة العلوم القانونية والاجتماعية: دراسة ببليومترية A Decade Of Scholarly Publishing In The Journal Of Legal And Social Sciences: A Bibliometric Study

الملخص
تعتبر مجلة العلوم القانونية والاجتماعية مجلة محكمة ورائدة في المنصة الجزائرية للمجلات العلمية ASJP، وفي غضون السنة الجارية ومع بداية 2026 تحتفل المجلة بمرور عقد من الزمن على تأسيسها. وبمناسبة هذه الذكرى، يقدم هذا البحث تحليلا لتطور المجلة كحقل أكاديمي بارز في الجوانب التطبيقية للقانون، والمجتمع، والسلوك الإنساني، بالإضافة إلى التخصصات الاجتماعية والقانونية والإدارية والسياسية على مدار السنوات العشر الماضية. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقديم تحليل ببليومتري معمّق لمجلة العلوم القانونية والاجتماعية، وذلك بمناسبة مرور عقد من الزمن على تأسيسها (2016–2026). ركّز البحث على قياس وتقييم الإنتاج العلمي المنشور في المجلة عبر جملة من المؤشرات الببليومترية، شملت: التوزيع الزمني للمقالات، أنماط التأليف والتعاون بين الباحثين، إنتاجية المؤلفين، بالإضافة إلى الاستشهادات العلمية التي حازت عليها مقالات المجلة. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنصة الجزائرية للمجلات العلمية (ASJP) باعتبارها مصدرًا موثوقًا للبيانات الببليومترية. أظهرت النتائج أنّ المجلة شهدت نموًا ملحوظًا في عدد المقالات المنشورة سنويًا، كما تبيّن أنّ أنماط التأليف اتجهت أكثر نحو التأليف الفردي بنسبة (65.47%) مع هيمنة اللغة العربية مقارنة باللغتين الفرنسية والانجليزية. أما على صعيد التأثير العلمي، فقد ارتفعت مكانة المجلة ضمن قائمة المجلات الجزائرية الأكثر استشهادًا بحيازتها للمقال الأكثر استشهادا على المنصة بـ157 استشهاد. تخلص الدراسة إلى أنّ مجلة العلوم القانونية والاجتماعية تحولت خلال عقدها الأول إلى فضاء علمي متنوع وشامل، يعكس حيوية الحقلين القانوني والاجتماعي في الجزائر. وتؤكد النتائج على ضرورة تعزيز التدويل، الانفتاح أكثر على قواعد بيانات عالمية، وتبني سياسات نشر حديثة تضمن استدامة حضورها العلمي وريادتها الأكاديمية في السنوات القادمة. The Journal of Legal and Social Sciences is considered a leading journal in the Algerian Scientific Journals Platform (ASJP) in its field. This year, and with the beginning of 2026, the journal will celebrate a decade since its establishment. On the occasion of this anniversary, this research provides an in-depth analysis of the journal's development as a prominent academic field in the applied aspects of law, society, and human behavior, in addition to social, legal, administrative, and political disciplines over the past ten years. This study aims to provide an in-depth bibliometric analysis of the Journal of Legal and Social Sciences, one of the leading peer-reviewed scientific journals in the Algerian Scientific Journals Platform (ASJP), on the occasion of its tenth anniversary (2016–2026). The research focused on measuring and evaluating the scientific output published in the journal through a set of bibliometric indicators, which included: the temporal distribution of articles, authorship and collaboration patterns among researchers, author productivity, in addition to the scientific citations that the journal's articles have received. The study relied on the Algerian Scientific Journals Platform (ASJP) as a reliable source for bibliometric data. The results showed that the journal witnessed a significant growth in the number of articles published annually. It was also found that authorship patterns tended more towards solo authorship, with a percentage of (65.47%), with the Arabic language dominating compared to French and English. In terms of impact, the journal's position rose among the list of the most cited Algerian journals, with the most cited article on the platform having 157 citations. The study concludes that the Journal of Legal and Social Sciences has transformed during its first decade into a diverse and comprehensive scientific space, reflecting the vitality of the legal and social fields in Algeria. The results affirm the need to enhance internationalization, open up more to global databases, and adopt modern publishing policies that ensure the sustainability of its scientific presence and academic leadership in the coming years.
