نقد مرتكزات الحداثة الغربية في الرواية العربية الحديثة

الملخص
حملت الرواية العربية مظاهر الحداثة الغربية بأبعاد مختلفة؛ مرة حملتها بوجهها الأوربي الصارخ، ومرة قامت بتبْيِئَتِها مع الروح العربية، وتأصيلها قدر الإمكان مع مرتكزات التراث العربي. وإننا في محاولتنا النقدية هذه سنعمد لقراءة بعض مظاهر الحداثة في رواية جزائرية حملت الكثير من ملبسات العصر الذي سجلت وقائعه، وهي رواية الزلزال لطاهر وطار. ونسعى من خلالها تشخيص مرتكزات الحداثة الغربية في الرواية العربية، ونقد تجلياتها في مكونها السردي. وهذا بالإجابة عن التساؤل الآتي: كيف تجلت مرتكزات الحداثة الغربية في الرواية العربية؟ Abstract: The Arabic novel has embraced aspects of Western modernity in various dimensions; sometimes it has embraced them with their bold European nature, and other times it has infused them with the Arab spirit, rooting them, as much as possible, in the foundations of Arab heritage. In this critical attempt, we will examine some aspects of modernity in an Algerian novel that bears many of the ambiguities of the era whose events it chronicles: Tahar Wattar's novel Zilzal. Through this work, we seek to identify the foundations of Western modernity in the Arabic novel and critique its manifestations in its narrative component. This is achieved by answering the following question: How are the foundations of Western modernity manifested in the Arabic novel?
