اختلال الوظائف التنفيذية وكفاءة الذات الصحية والاكتئاب والرغبة في الحياة لدى مرضى سرطان الدم في ضوء المتغيرات الديموجرافية والعيادية

الملخص
ملخص: هدف الدراسة إلى الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين كلٍ من اختلال الوظائف التنفيذية وكفاءة الذات الصحية والاكتئاب والرغبة في الحياة، والكشف عن طبيعة الفروق بين اختلال الوظائف التنفيذية المتمثلة في: (المراقبة الذاتية، الذاكرة العاملة، التخطيط)، وكفاءة الذات الصحية والاكتئاب والرغبة في الحياة لدى مرضى سرطان الدم في ضوء المتغيرات الديموجرافية والعيادية، وتكونت عينة التقنين من (103) مريض ومريضة من مرضى سرطان الدم، وتراوحت أعمارهم ما بين 25 إلى 68 سنة بمتوسط عمري ( 49.28( سنة، وانحراف معياري( 12.12)، ومتوسط عدد سنوات العلاج (3.5) سنة، وانحراف معياري (2.7)، واستخدمت استمارة البيانات الأولية (إعداد الباحثة)، ومقياس الوظائف التنفيذية (تعريب وتقنين هناء شويخ، 2022)، ومقياس كفاءة الذات الصحية (إعداد الباحثة)، ومقياس بيك للاكتئاب، ومقياس الرغبة في الحياة (إعداد الباحثة)، وأسفرت النتائج عن وجود علاقة ارتباطية سالبة بين اختلال الوظائف التنفيذية وكل من كفاءة الذات الصحية والرغبة في الحياة، وإيجابية بين اختلال الوظائف التنفيذية والاكتئاب لدى مرضى سرطان الدم. الكلمات المفتاحية: الوظائف التنفيذية- كفاءة الذات الصحية- الاكتئاب- الرغبة في الحياة- سرطان الدم. Abstract: The study aimed to reveal the nature of the relationship between executive dysfunction, health self-efficacy, depression, and life satisfaction, and to reveal the nature of the differences between executive dysfunction (self-monitoring, working memory, planning), health self-efficacy, depression, and life satisfaction in leukemia patients in light of demographic and clinical variables. The standardization sample consisted of (103) male and female leukemia patients, ranging in age from 25 to 68 years, with a mean age of (49.28) years, a standard deviation of (12.12), an average number of years of treatment of (3.5) years, and a standard deviation of (2.7). The number of treatment sessions ranged from (1 to 48) sessions. The primary data form (prepared by the researchers), the Executive Functions Scale (translated and standardized by Hanaa Shuwaikh, 2022), the Health Self-Efficacy Scale (prepared by the researchers), the Beck Depression Inventory, and the Life satisfaction scale (prepared by the researchers). The results revealed a negative correlation between executive dysfunction and both health self-efficacy and life satisfaction. The results also revealed a positive correlation between executive dysfunction and depression in leukemia patients.
