Business Incubators In Algeria: A Catalyst For Startup Success

Abstract
The current study explores the role of business incubators as key players in achieving sustainable economic development. It views them as one of the most paramount instruments that support the growth and evolution of start-up projects. These incubators provide an integrated nurturing environment that combines technical, administrative, and service-based support, which enables entrepreneurial ventures to launch with confidence and eventually enhances their chances of survival in the market. The study confirms that business incubators are vital for promoting innovative, technology-driven start-ups. They provide targeted programmes for guidance and mentorship in management and administration, develop entrepreneurs' skills and competencies, and provide essential resources that facilitate commercial success.
