قضايا العلاقات العامة في فكر الوزير نظام الملك من خلال كتابه سير الملوك Public Relations Issues In The Thought Of Nidham Al-mulk Through His Book Biographies Of Kings (siyar Al-muluk)

الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث إلى التنقيب والكشف عن أهمِّ قضايا العلاقات العامة في فكر واحد من أفذاذ الأعلام المسلمين، جَمع بين العلم والعمل، والفكر والممارسة، في إدارة دفّة أكبر الوزارات في دولة من أعظم ممالك الإسلام في التاريخ، وهي دولة السلاجقة العظام، ألا وهو الوزير الحسن بن علي بن إسحاق الطوسي (408هـ ـ 485هـ/ 1018م ـ 1092م)، وذلك من خلال كتابه "سير الملوك" الشهير بـ (سياست نامة). وقد توصل البحث إلى أن الكتاب ثري جدا بقضايا الفكر الإداري عموما، وفكر العلاقات العامة خصوصا، وفي ذلك دلالة على قيمة التراث الإسلامي، وقيمة كتاب "سير الملوك"، وعلى عبقرية صاحبه في فنِّ وعلم الإدارة، وفنِّ وعلم العلاقات العامة. كما توصل البحث إلى أن قضايا العلاقات العامة في فكر نظام الملك الطوسي تغطي جُلَّ قضايا العلاقات العامة المعاصرة. This research aims to explore and uncover the most important public relations issues in the thought of one of the most remarkable Muslim flags, combining science, work, thought and practice, in running the helm of the largest ministries in one of the greatest kingdoms of Islam in history, the Great Seljuk State, namely Minister Hassan bin Ali bin Ishaq al-Tusi (408 485/1018 AD 1092 AD), through his book The Biography of Kings (Siaset Namah). The research found that the book is very rich in issues of administrative thought in general, and public relations thought in particular, which is an indication of the value of Islamic heritage, the value of the book "The Biography of Kings," the genius of its owner in the art and science of management, and the art and science of public relations. The research also found that PR issues in the thought of Nidham Al-mulk cover most contemporary PR issues.
